Return & Refund Policy – Onsen Head Spa
Spa Appointments — No-Show Bookings that are not attended without prior notice are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be forfeited.
Spa Appointments — Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
Spa Appointments — Eligible Refunds A full refund will be issued in the following cases:
- You cancel your appointment at least 2 hours in advance
- Your therapist is late or does not appear for your appointment
- Onsen Head Spa cancels your appointment for any reason
Product Returns In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return any unopened product within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
How Refunds Are Processed Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
