Appointment & Booking Policy – Onsen Head Spa

No-Show Policy All bookings require payment at the time of reservation. In the event of a no-show (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice), no refund will be issued. The full booking amount will be forfeited.

Late Arrival Policy We operate a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and no refund will be issued. This policy exists to respect the time of our therapists and other clients.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.

Our Commitment to You If your therapist is late or fails to appear for your appointment, you will be entitled to a full refund. We take punctuality seriously and apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by our team.
