Shipping and Collection Policy

Online Product Orders

Delivery options and any applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout for your delivery address. Please review the available options and total charge before completing your purchase.

Collection in Person

Shop products purchased online can also be collected in person at Onsen Head Spa:

Mayflower Mansions, Triq Bisazza, Sliema SLM 1651, Malta

Please select collection at checkout when this option is available.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased online and sent by email either to the purchaser or directly to the intended recipient.

Gift vouchers are redeemed in person at Onsen Head Spa for the named treatment. Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for six months from the issue or purchase date.

The recipient may upgrade to another treatment by paying the price difference at the appointment. Gift vouchers are not shipped as physical products.
