Shipping Policy – Onsen Head Spa

Shop Products

Shop products purchased online are available for collection in person at Onsen Head Spa:

Mayflower Mansions, Triq Bisazza, Sliema SLM 1651, Malta

We do not currently offer shipping or local delivery for shop products. Orders must be collected from our location.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased online and sent by email either to the purchaser or directly to the intended recipient.

Gift vouchers are redeemed in person at Onsen Head Spa for the named treatment. Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for six months from the issue or purchase date.

The recipient may upgrade to another treatment by paying the price difference at the appointment. Gift vouchers are not shipped as physical products.
