What should I expect during Zen Glow?
Zen Glow is a 60-minute Onsen ritual combining hair wash, head and scalp massage, hair and scalp treatment, facial treatment, automated full-body massage and hair drying.
Does Zen Glow include a facial treatment?
Yes. Zen Glow includes a facial treatment designed to refresh, hydrate and revive the appearance of the skin.
Is the body massage manual or automated?
The body massage included with Zen Glow is automated. Your therapist focuses on the hair, head, scalp and facial care.
Should I arrive with clean hair?
No. Hair washing is included as part of the Zen Glow ritual.
Is hair drying included?
Yes. Hair drying is included, but styling is not included.
What if I have sensitive skin, scalp or chemically treated hair?
Please inform your therapist before the treatment so your hair, scalp and skin condition can be considered when selecting the most appropriate products and approach.
What is the difference between Sakura Essential and Zen Glow?
Zen Glow is a 60-minute ritual that adds facial care to the hair and scalp treatment and automated full-body massage. Sakura Essential is 45 minutes and does not include a facial.
